1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller for the processing described here is:

• AEC Global Sourcing, trading as AEC Global (All Easy Connect)
• Responsible people: Maria Carolina and Luis, co-founders

No data protection officer is appointed. Data protection questions are answered by the owners at info@aecglobalsourcing.com.

2. What we collect

Quotation and contact form. Name, work email, telephone number and country calling code (optional), company name, country, the service you select, product description, quantity, budget, destination, timeline, your comments, your website language, whether you gave marketing consent, and the time of your consent.

Campaign information. If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid) are stored with your request so that we can see which advertisement produced it.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, request time, requested page, referrer and browser identification for security and error analysis.

3. Why we collect it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare a quotation — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract.
• To keep a record of the enquiry and the resulting order — legitimate interest and, where applicable, statutory record-keeping obligations.
• To send optional supplier-management information by email — your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To measure how the website and our advertising perform — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.

Applicable data protection law: the EU General Data Protection Regulation, where it applies to visitors in the European Union and the European Economic Area.

4. Who receives your data

We use the following categories of service provider. Each one processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

• Website hosting, content delivery and form handling: Netlify, Inc., United States. Verified submissions are available in the Netlify site dashboard and can be forwarded by email notification
• Business email: the provider of the info@aecglobalsourcing.com mailbox
• CRM or separate lead database: none
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), only after your consent
• Advertising measurement: Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), only after your consent

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes beyond the measurement described above.

5. Suppliers and factories

We do not pass your name or contact details to factories or suppliers unless you ask us to, or unless it is necessary to fulfil an order you have confirmed. When we request quotations on your behalf we describe the product requirement, not your identity, unless you agree otherwise.

6. International transfers

Our work involves communication with manufacturers and inspectors in China. Where personal data is transferred outside your country, the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on your explicit consent, and is limited to what is needed for your order.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 24 months, and then deleted.
• Customer and order records: for as long as the statutory accounting retention period requires.
• Marketing consent records: kept until you withdraw consent, plus 24 months as proof of the withdrawal.
• Server logs: kept by the hosting provider for up to 30 days.

8. Security

Access to enquiries is restricted to the two owners of AEC Global. Accounts used for hosting, domain, email and analytics are protected with multi-factor authentication. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files, where offered, are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

9. Your rights

10. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to decide whether to work with you.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.

This policy is published in English, German and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English text applies.
