How a project runs, step by step
There's no account to create and no minimum budget. You describe what you need, we come back with a plan, and nothing is committed until you approve it in writing.
The five steps
You send the request
Product, quantity, destination and date. A photo, a drawing or a competitor's link is enough. Asking costs nothing.
We come back with a plan
Which services the project needs, in what order, and what each one costs. If your project doesn't make commercial sense, we tell you at this point.
You approve, we source
We identify factories, request comparable quotations and arrange samples. You choose based on a written comparison, not on our opinion.
Production and inspection
We track production and inspect against the standard you approved before the goods are packed. You receive the report before the balance payment is due.
Export and handover
We check the documents, coordinate with the freight forwarder and the shipment leaves. You get the documents, contacts and decisions.
What we need from you to start
- What the product is: a photo, a link or a drawing.
- How many units, at least approximately.
- Where it needs to go: city or port.
- When you need it.
- Any fixed requirements: material, colour, certification, packaging or a target price.
That's the whole list. If you don't know the quantity yet, say so; the answer changes, but the conversation can start all the same.
Who is responsible for what
This is the part most supplier-management companies leave vague, so here it is, clearly.
AEC Global
Finding and comparing suppliers. Verifying what can be verified and reporting what can't. Inspecting against the agreed written standard. Coordinating documents and parties. Telling you the truth about what we find.
You, as the importer
Defining the specification and the standard. Knowing your market's technical, safety, labelling and certification rules. Arranging freight and the customs broker, unless agreed otherwise. Paying duties and taxes.
The factory
Producing to the agreed specification. Complying with the laws of its own country. Answering for its own labour and environmental practices.
Freight forwarder and customs broker
The freight contract and the transit time. Customs classification, clearance and release in your country.
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of product quality, and we do not present our service as risk-free. Supplier management reduces risk through process and documentation. All of the above is set out in the terms and conditions.
What it costs
A service fee calculated on the basis stated in your quotation, plus the real cost of samples, inspections and freight, passed through with no markup. You know the amount before you decide, and asking for a quotation is free.
The fee, payment terms and validity period are written into every quotation before you take on any commitment.
Start with the first step
Send the product, quantity, destination and date. You'll receive a plan, not a sales call.
