Before you wire money, we confirm who you're actually dealing with: documents, production capacity and, if you want, an on-site visit.

Inspect before packing and document the real product.
Quality Control and Inspections
We inspect the goods against a written standard before they're packed, and report exactly what we find, problems included.
Product Photography and Video
Photos and video of your actual product and its manufacturing, shot in China and ready for your store and catalog.

Your presence in China: visits, meetings and translation.

Maria Carolina goes to the factory in person: meetings, negotiation and follow-up during production.

How to combine them
Most projects start with supplier management and add quality control before the first shipment. If you already have a supplier, verification and inspections work perfectly well on their own. If you want a single point of accountability, we coordinate all five services as one project.
None of this is a subscription or sold as a bundle. Every quote includes only the services you asked for.
What stays your responsibility
Where our responsibility ends. We coordinate and document. The factory is responsible for its own production and for complying with the laws of its country. You are the importer: you decide the technical, safety, labeling and certification requirements for your destination market, and we inspect against the standard you define. Your customs broker handles classification, duties and clearance; damage in transit is a matter for cargo insurance. This is set out in the terms and conditions.
