Supplier and Product Search
You describe the product. We find factories that can actually produce it, lay out what they offer in a single document, and buy only once you authorize it.
Who this service is for
Importers, distributors, brands and B2B buyers who know what they want to sell but don't yet have a manufacturer. It also works for buyers who already have a supplier and suspect they're paying too much, or who need a second source for the same part.
Problems this solves
- Directory listings that turn out to be trading companies, not the actual factory.
- Quotes that can't be compared because each one is based on a different spec.
- A price that looks attractive until tooling, packaging and the minimum order quantity show up.
- Weeks lost to emails across a different language and time zone.
How we work
Project definition
We agree on the spec in writing: product, quantity, destination, timeline and budget. A photo, a drawing or a competitor's link is enough to get started.
Shortlist
We identify manufacturers in this category and confirm we're talking to the actual factory, not a middleman.
Quotes
We request quotes against the same written spec so the prices are actually comparable, and put them into a table with minimum order quantity, production lead time and terms.
Sample
You choose which sample to order. We check it against the spec before sending it to you and report what we find.
Order
With your written instruction, we place the order, agree on the payment schedule and follow up on production.
Handover
We hand you documents, contacts and decisions in one place, so the project doesn't exist only in our inbox.
What you get
- A supplier comparison document: who they are, what they quoted, minimum order quantity, production lead time and payment terms.
- A written spec agreed by both parties.
- Sample evaluation against that spec, with photos.
- A quote from us with our service fee and pass-through costs shown with no markup.
What stays your responsibility
Where our responsibility ends. We coordinate and document. The factory is responsible for its own production and for complying with the laws of its country. You are the importer: you decide the technical, safety, labeling and certification requirements for your destination market, and we inspect against the standard you define. Your customs broker handles classification, duties and clearance; damage in transit is a matter for cargo insurance. This is set out in the terms and conditions.
Supplier-management questions
Can I start with a small quantity?
Yes. You can start with a sample. For some products we also work with orders as low as 10 units, though the final minimum quantity depends on the product and the factory.
What if I already know the supplier I want?
Then you don't need supplier management. Take a look at supplier verification and quality control, or ask us and we'll tell you which service fits.
Will you sign an NDA before I send my design?
Yes. Just ask in your first message and we'll sign a mutual NDA before you send any files.
Send us the product and get a comparison
Describe what you need and where it needs to go. We'll come back with the factories worth considering and the cost of each.
